Our Website allows you to learn about our services, book appointments, purchase session bundles, and contact us with inquiries.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Website, book appointments, or purchase services independently. Individuals under 18 may receive treatment only with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Health and Medical Disclaimer

Our services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. RAPID NeuroFascial Reset and massage therapy are complementary therapeutic modalities. By booking or receiving treatment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

RAPID sessions can be uncomfortable or intense during treatment. Post-session soreness lasting 1–2 days is normal and expected.

5. Appointments and Booking

Discovery Sessions: Free 20-minute virtual consultations are offered at no charge and carry no obligation. We reserve the right to limit the number of discovery sessions per individual.

Treatment Sessions: Treatment sessions are conducted in-person at our Calgary or Roberts Creek locations. By booking a treatment session, you confirm that you have completed a discovery session or have been approved for direct booking as a returning client.

Cancellation Policy: We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in the requirement of a deposit for future bookings.

6. Sessions & Payments

Pricing: Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change. The price at the time of purchase will be honoured for that transaction.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service (https://stripe.com/legal).

Session Bundle Terms:

Bulk session bundles may be offered from time to time. These are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by applicable consumer protection legislation in Alberta or British Columbia.

Sessions included in bundles do not expire.

Bundles are non-transferable and are for use by the purchaser only.

Bundles cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless expressly stated.

Refund Requests: If you believe exceptional circumstances warrant a refund, please contact us directly. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, subject to applicable provincial consumer protection laws.
